New Music Orchestra / Bywalec / Singularity - NOSPR

Ladies and Gentlemen, on 21 February 2027, contemporary music will attain self-awareness. In Johannes Kreidler’s Die ‘sich sammelnde Erfahrung’, it will examine, with complete detachment, the sounds it is made of. It will then look for names for them in the score of Trond Reinholdtsen’s Unsichtbare Musik, before turning its attention – carefully, and not without a certain indulgence – to its performers and listeners in the works of Adam Porębski and Michael Beil. Then it will simply fall silent. The question is: what will such self-aware music do to us...?
