Dear Sirs and Mesdames, Dear Guests to the NOSPR!

Since many events are happening simultaneously at our concert venue, the International Congress Centre and the Spodek, the number of parking spaces available in the Culture Zone is significantly limited.

Please take into account the potential difficulties when planning your arrival at the concert venue. We encourage you to travel by public transport, take a taxi or use one of the Transfer Centres.

We also request that you arrive at the concert venue early, so that – if parking is not available – you still have time to find a parking space elsewhere in the city.

Vehicles transporting persons with reduced mobility may stop in front of the main entrance to the NOSPR for up to 3 minutes (the entrance ‘under the fountain’ from the side of the avenue called Aleja Roździeńskiego in Polish). After passengers have left the vehicle, drivers are requested to move their cars to a different location.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT CAR PARKS IN THE CULTURE ZONE

The guests who are attending evening concerts at the NOSPR venue may use the car park free of charge; however, it is necessary to collect a ticket. This ticket is exempt from payment. Upon leaving the car park, it must be scanned in order for the barrier to rise automatically.

From Monday to Friday between 6.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. a parking fee of 5 PLN per hour for holders of the Katowice Resident Card and 10 PLN per hour for other users is charged.

The NOSPR box office does not accept parking fees – the parking zone is managed by the Municipal Board of Roads and Bridges.

Fees for parking are to be paid at the parking meters located within the parking zone.

The time required to enter and leave the car park has unfortunately increased considerably owing to the introduction of parking barriers. We therefore invite you to arrive at the NOSPR a few minutes earlier than usual, and above all we encourage you, if possible, to come by alternative means of public transport or on foot.

Parking spaces for persons with disabilities have been designated outside the paid area, along Kilar Square (in Polish: plac Kilara).
