News - NOSPR

Everything you need to know before you come to the NOSPR

Events at the NOSPR venue – essential information

1. Be punctual!

Should you arrive late, your purchased seat may no longer be guaranteed. A member of our staff will discreetly direct you to the nearest available one and advise when best to enter the hall. Regrettably, no refund can be offered in such circumstances.

2. Plan your arrival and parking

The car parks in Katowice Culture Zone belong to the City and the number of spaces is limited. This should be considered when planning your arrival. The parking spaces are free of charge after 5.00 p.m., at weekends, and on public holidays. It is, however, necessary to obtain a zero-value ticket at the barrier upon entry. More information – more.

3. The NOSPR cloakroom is obligatory and free of charge

Outer garments, as well as other items such as umbrellas, hats, luggage, prams, walking frames, toys, flowers, or instruments, must be left in the cloakroom or deposit.

4. Do not print out your ticket

We encourage the use of electronic tickets – simply have the barcode or QR code on your phone at the ready to be shown on admission [and, for concessionary or special tickets, the document that proves your entitlement to a discount].If you are a subscription holder, you need not be concerned about a ticket: just bring your subscription card with you.

5. No food or drink allowed

Inside the concert hall, eating and drinking are strictly forbidden.

6. No photos allowed

At concerts, taking photographs, filming, or recording sound and image is strictly forbidden, unless the event organiser decides otherwise.

7. Turn off your phone

The NOSPR concert hall has such superb acoustics that even the faintest sound carries. For your comfort, and to hear the concert at its best, please silence your phone completely. Do not use the vibration mode either.

8. Do not disturb others

Anyone who is intoxicated, under the influence of any illicit substances, or exhibiting behaviour that is disruptive to other guests or to the concert itself will be asked to leave the concert hall by the NOSPR staff or security.
