Extra Class
A one-off visit to NOSPR combined with a music workshop in which children will experience music in a variety of ways. They will be able to ‘feel’ it through active listening and movement and through body percussion, to ‘see’ it through visualisation using a play parachute, scarves and ribbons, and to create music together through ensemble playing with Carl Orff instruments. We want to give children an opportunity to combine movement, speech, singing and instrumental playing – all through play and in a friendly atmosphere.
Alongside all the musical fun, the visit will also include a chance to see the NOSPR Concert Hall during a break in an orchestra rehearsal.
Duration: approx. 60 minutes
Number of participants: up to 25
