A unique musical event awaits us in Katowice – Ledisi, one of the most interesting contemporary American soul and R&B singers, will perform accompanied by the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra conducted by Adam Sztaba.
During the concert, we will hear symphonic arrangements of songs from her highly acclaimed albums Ledisi Sings Nina – a tribute to the legendary Nina Simone – and The Wild Card, full of energy and contemporary soul. There will also be compositions from the album For Dinah, inspired by the work and spirit of Dinah Washington, the queen of rhythm and blues.
