Journey into the Unknown - NOSPR

Can you accidentally take off in a balloon and find yourself heading into the unknown, or fire yourself out of a giant cannon all the way to the Moon? In the world of silent film, anything is possible. During this concert, the iconic films The Balloonatic and A Trip to the Moon will take us on journeys full of humour and imagination, accompanied by organ improvisations by Arkadiusz Popławski. We will follow the adventures of a hapless traveller who unexpectedly finds himself having to survive in the wilderness, and join a group of intrepid scientists as they set off on an expedition to the Moon. A duo of actors will guide us through the world of silent film, helping us discover its stories and characters.
