Katowice JazzArt Festival presents - Julie Campiche Quartet - NOSPR

The world of jazz has not produced too many musicians playing the harp, so it is with all the more interest that it is worth following those who decided to adapt the noble and delicate instrument to the space of jazz improvisation. One of them is the Swiss Julie Campiche, who has additionally been successful in blending classical sounds with advanced electronics.

So far, Campiche has collaborated with such artists as Jasper Høiby, Erik Truffaz, Andreas Schaerer, Eric Longsworth, and Claire Huguenin (Jibcae) and received solid classical education, from harp diplomas from the conservatoires of music in Geneva and Lyon, to a diploma in composition from the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne. She will perform on stage at the NOSPR with her quartet founded in 2016. Her performance is a collaboration with the Katowice JazzArt Festival.
