Some find Marcin Masecki’s musical experiments equivalent to a revelation, while others find them quite outrageous. Yet the sheer variety of projects he participates in makes virtually every melomaniac listen to some music Marcin Masecki has worked on, regardless of how much they are aware of it. He can hit the charts collaborating with Reni Jusis, shake alternative dancefloors with Macio Moretti and Raphael Rogiński, as well as record Bach’s Die Kunst der Fuge in a lo-fi version. If he pleases, he can be a classical jazzman and conjure up an atmospheric 1920s retro dance party with the Młynarski-Masecki Jazz Band. Marcin Masecki’s Jazz Trio is somewhere in the middle of the spectrum, allowing him to mix pianos with synthesizers and the classical with the avant-garde in an intimate atmosphere.
