Joanna JasiakViolin

Joanna Jasiak graduated with honors in 2024, earning her Bachelor's degree. She is currently a second-year Master's student at the I. J. Paderewski Academy of Music, where she studies with Professor Marcin Baranowski. Joanna has performed as a soloist with several orchestras and has won awards in numerous violin competitions, including First Prize at the 1st Swiss International Competition in Lugano and Second Prize at the 3rd National Violin Competition "Jak Wieniawski" in Lublin.

In 2020, she performed at the 26th Krystyna Jamroz International Music Festival in Busko-Zdrój and the 36th Zbigniew Pawlicki Festival "Muzyczne Święto Kwitnących Azalii". She has participated in numerous masterclasses and benefited from the wisdom of many respected and experienced musicians, including Daniel Stabrawa, Vasko Vassilev, Florin Croitoru, Michael D’Arcy, Łukasz Błaszczyk, Bartosz Bryła, Jakub Jakowicz, Andrzej Gębski, Roman Lasocki, Agata Szymczewska, and Wojciech Pławner.

In 2023, as a member of the Anteros String Quartet, Joanna won the Third Prize at the 10th Chamber Tournament in Bydgoszcz and the 3rd International Chamber Competition "KraCamera". She has honed her chamber music skills under the mentorship of prominent musicians, including Michał Francuz, Jakub Drygas, Joanna Kreft, Jarosław Nadrzycki, Wojciech Koprowski, Andriy Viytovych, Jakub Jakowicz, Piotr Szumieł, Vasko Vassilev, Emanuel Salvador, Tomasz Lisiecki, Konstantin Heidrich, and Maria Nowak. During the 2023/2024 season, Joanna completed an internship with the Baltic Neopolis Orchestra, where she had the opportunity to perform in numerous solo, chamber, and orchestral concerts.

This experience allowed her to share the stage with renowned musicians, including Daniel Stabrawa, Janusz Widzyk, Jakub Jakowicz, Piotr Szumieł, Emanuel Salvador, Konstantin Heidrich, and Andriy Viytovych. Furthermore she performed at music festivals: Szczecin Classic, Music West Fest, Guimaraes Classico and The 3rd International Classical Music Festival in Hanoi. Since the 2024/2025 season, Joanna has been a violinist with the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra.
