Museum Night / Interstellar: Hans Zimmer's music performed live
It took Hans Zimmer nearly two years to complete the music for Interstellar. The composer worked on the score himself: allegedly, he personally played and recorded every note, using a computer, a synthesizer, and church organ.
The organ is a significant element of the soundtrack. During our Museums’ Night, you can listen to a suite from Interstellar – an essence of the movie soundtrack – transcribed for solo organ by Richard McVeigh. Adam Tański will sit at the manual to perform selected fragments of the famous score live. His playing will be accompanied by light projections.
Be ready for a musical expedition! The NOSPR concert hall will turn into a gigantic spaceship and take us, together with the characters of the Interstellar movie, to the furthest corners of the universe!
Admission free, limited number of seats.
