Aleksandra Opała - NOSPR

A coloratura mezzo-soprano with a velvety timbre and virtuosic technique. She graduated with distinction from the Academy of Music in Kraków, where she studied under Professor Maria Seremet-Dziewięcka, Ph.D.

In 2017, she made her debut as Angelina in G. Rossini’s La Cenerentola at the Wrocław Opera, where she has been a soloist ever since. Her repertoire includes roles such as Romeo in V. Bellini’s I Capuleti e i Montecchi, Mrs. Kant in Leszek Możdżer’s Immanuel Kant, Nicklausse/The Muse in J. Ofenbach’s The Tales of Hofmann, Fenena in G. Verdi’s Nabucco, Donna Elvira in W.A. Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Cherubino in The Marriage of Figaro, and Dorabella in Così fan tutte by W.A. Mozart.

Since 2023, she has been performing the title role in G. Bizet’s Carmen as well as Isabella in G. Rossini’s L’italiana in Algeri. She collaborates with opera houses and philharmonic orchestras throughout Poland, appearing, among others, as Rosina in G. Rossini’s Il barbiere di Siviglia at the Grand Theatre in Łódź, and as Judith in A. Vivaldi’s oratorio Juditha Triumphans at the Warsaw Chamber Opera — a performance that earned her a nomination in the category of “Best Opera Singer.”

In 2025, she was awarded the honorary badge “Meritorious for Polish Culture.”
