Information on ticket returns
Returns:
1. by completing the return form
This is our preferred form of ticket return - it guarantees safety and reduces the waiting time for a return. The funds will be returned to your account within 21 business days.
2. by post, sending tickets to the following address:
Narodowa Orkiestra Symfoniczna Polskiego Radia, Plac Wojciech Kilara 1, 40-202 Katowice with the note "return tickets".
Please attach to the tickets the information provided during the purchase (name and surname, contact phone number, bank account number to which the funds will be transferred and the account owner details). The funds will be returned to your account within 21 business days from the date of receipt of correspondence to the NOSPR.
We recommend sending tickets by registered mail.
3. at the ticket office, when the NOSPR building will be reopened. Information about the date when we will be able to host you again in NOSPR will be published on our website www.nospr.org.pl and on the Facebook profile.
Online tickets
At any moment, you may request a ticket refund online.
Refunds for tickets purchased via the online Bilety24 website will be automatic. Returns will be made the same way as the payment was made, both in the case of payment by bank transfer, BLIK and card, subject to the deadline as indicated by the payment card operator, up to 31 days.
